These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moon Planner application ("the App," "Moon Planner," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Moon Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
To use Moon Planner, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Moon Planner and its creators, employees, and affiliates expressly disclaim any responsibility for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use of or reliance on any information or guidance provided by the App.
Moon Planner uses anonymous authentication. No email address, password, phone number, or other identifying credential is required to use the App. Your data is associated with an anonymous session identifier linked to your device.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. If you lose your device or uninstall the App, your local data may be lost. Cloud-synced data can be retrieved upon reinstallation on the same device, subject to the anonymous session still being valid.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for your personal, non-commercial wellness purposes.

All content, features, and functionality of Moon Planner — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software code, daily guidance messages, moon phase interpretations, cycle-syncing content, and the overall design — are owned by Moon Planner and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The "Moon Planner" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Moon Planner. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Your data is yours. We claim no ownership over the personal data you enter into the App. You retain all rights to your personal information.
Moon Planner offers a free tier with core functionality. We may offer optional premium features through in-app subscriptions in the future.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may stop using Moon Planner at any time by deleting the App from your device. You may request deletion of your cloud data by using the "Reset App" feature in Settings or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at moon.wisdom.app@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Class action waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moon Planner regarding your use of the App. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
